I agree that the fee should be increased but suggest that the fee increase to no more than to $200.00. At USD we are incouraging our students in our new minor in APE to take the APENS test. If the fee is to high these young grads will not be able to afford to take the exam. In many cases or TR students are working a full year or more before taking their exam.
