Jeff, great comments, however if you have additional time would you mind expanding some of your thoughts so that discussion can occur now before the conference. Not that we won't talk about this further, but the hope was to have more dialog before we meet. I agree and think that there must be a phase-in approach; as for independence of the modules not sure.
