Ron - can't agree more with your statement! I think the field needs to recognize APENS as a foundation of knowledge and not "just an exam" that has "minimum" eligibility criteria. There are far greater applications available for the APENS standards that can guide the profession - just look at the growth and expansion of the NASPE standards in the last 15 years! APENS stands parallel (to NASPE) and addresses the population and content we all care so much about. Thanks for your comment.
